Your journey starts with an Initial Power Profile Test, including a full erg test series (100m, 500m, 2K, and 6K) to establish your baseline performance and power profile. From there, you’ll receive individualised programming delivered via an app, including cardio training to build your aerobic base, high-intensity intervals to boost VO₂max and stamina, and strength, power, and plyometric work for complete athletic development. You’ll benefit from weekly check-ins with real feedback, structured scheduling (daily, weekly, and monthly), and performance tracking across metrics like fatigue, sleep, motivation, and stress. Plus, you can integrate your fitness wearable (Garmin, Whoop, Polar, etc.) for deeper insights.
